Your members always pay the price you set. Our fee comes out of the payment before it reaches you — we never add a surcharge at your members’ checkout, and you keep control of what you charge.

How much does Gymcierge cost?
Core is £69 a month and includes everything you need to run a gym, with unlimited members. You can add modules from £10 a month each, and the most you will ever pay for the software is £129 a month with Complete, which includes every module.
Is there a limit on how many members I can have?
No. Every Gymcierge plan includes unlimited members, and we never charge per member. Signing up more members does not change your monthly price.
What happens if the modules I want add up to more than £129?
We move you to Complete at £129 a month and give you every module, including the ones you did not pick. You are never charged more than £129 a month for the software itself.
Can I run my gym on Core alone?
Yes. Core is a complete gym management system — memberships, billing, classes, bookings, waitlists, entry passes, the member app, staff accounts, member communications and reporting. Modules add extra parts of the business, not features held back from the basics.
Is there a free trial?
Every new gym gets all of Gymcierge free for 30 days from the day you go live, including every module and Brand. At the end you keep only what you want, or stay on Complete. The software is free during the trial; transaction fees still apply because you are taking real payments.
What are the transaction fees?
Gymcierge charges a 1% transaction fee on qualifying sales processed through the platform. Stripe Billing charges an additional 0.7%. Standard Stripe payment-processing fees also apply and are charged by Stripe at their published rates.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. Gymcierge is month to month, and standard migration of your members and history is free.
How much is a second gym location?
Your first location is included in your plan. Each additional location is £39 a month and gets its own timetable, staff, rotas and reporting, while members can use any of your sites.
Can I change modules later?
Yes. Switch modules on or off whenever your business changes, and your price updates from the next month. Nothing is locked in.
Do you help me move from my current system?
Yes. Standard migration is free — we bring your members, memberships and history across so you are not starting from scratch.
