Every new gym gets all of Gymcierge free for 30 days from the day you go live — Core and every module, including Brand. At the end you keep only what you want, or stay on Complete. The software is free during the trial; transaction fees still apply, because you are taking real payments from real members.
Members always pay the listed price. The applicable Gymcierge platform fee is collected as an application fee from the gym’s direct Stripe charge. The gym is the seller and bears Stripe payment-processing fees; Gymcierge does not add a consumer card surcharge at checkout.
