Frequently asked questions
Is the Gymcierge app free?
Yes. The app is free to download on both the App Store and Google Play. What you can do inside it depends on the membership or coaching plan you hold with your gym or coach.
Do I need to be a member of a gym that uses Gymcierge?
To book classes and use a digital entry pass, yes — you sign in and your gym’s timetable and membership appear. If your gym does not use Gymcierge yet, you can still create an account, and you are welcome to point your gym our way.
I already have a Gymcierge account on the web. Do I need a new one?
No. Sign in to the app with the same email address you use on the web and everything — memberships, bookings, credits and training history — is already there.
Does it work on iPad or Android tablets?
The app runs on iPad, and on Android tablets through the Google Play listing. Some gym-owner and coaching administration is intentionally web-only, and is available in any browser at gymcierge.com.
What if my gym runs on Gymcierge but I cannot see it in the app?
Check you are signed in with the email address your gym has on file for you. If it still does not appear, your gym’s front desk can confirm the address on your membership record.
